Swedish Cardamom Roll Day (Kardemummabullens dag) is celebrated annually on May 15 in Sweden. This day honors the aromatic kardemummabulle, a popular, fragrant, and butter-rich spiced bun enjoyed during fika (coffee break). The celebration features eating these pastries, which are known for their intricate knotted design and crunchy pearl sugar topping.
