The Swedish American Museum welcome teachers to an Open House where we demonstrate how the Museum can enhance curriculum and teaching experience. Visiting the Museum with your students may provide access to learning objectives such as a historical perspective to human migration, American immigration history, life in the nineteenth century, and diversity and history of Chicago neighborhoods, all through our hands-on interactive exhibits.

There will be:
Demonstrations of tour experiences
Raffle to win a free tour
Light refreshments

Attendance may provide one hour of Professional Development credit.
