Swedish National Day Pop-up Cafe

Sweden has a Sweden Pastry and a National Day Pastry. Both were winners in two different nationwide competitions. In 1983 Jan GW Norén won the Sweden Pastry competition with his “Snowhite” creation. A vanilla and caramel cupcake topped with white chocolate. In 1994, Helena Bergsmark, won the National Day Pastry competition with her creation. It has a Mazarin base topped with whipped cream and strawberries. Stop by the Museum on Swedish National Day to try these wonderful creations.
