Special event with Archbishop Antje Jackelén from Sweden

A World intoxicated by Polarization, Populism, Protectionism, Post-truth and Patriarchy: are there any antidotes?

The Most Rev. Dr. Antje Jackelén has been the archbishop of Uppsala and primate of the Church of Sweden since 2014, when she became Sweden’s first female archbishop. Before that, she was the bishop of Lund in Sweden and a professor of systematic theology/religion and science at the Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago. Her work explores the dialogue between science and theology, and her most recent book is Together in Hope (2016).

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and lecture will start at 6 p.m.

Cost is $10 per person and includes one free drink. Reservations are required.

This event is hosted by the Museum together with Consulate of Sweden Chicago.
