Midsommar Pop-up Cafe

Midsummer is traditionally celebrated with pickled herring served with the first potatoes of the season. For dessert, a cream and strawberry cake. The foods of midsummer are a celebration of the first signs of harvest. Plates are filled with the beginnings of what is to come. The Museum will host a pop-up café serving strawberry and whipped cream cake all day and will add pickled herring with potatoes in the evening from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
